I've begun yelling at my kids out of frustration again. I need to stop doing that because it just hurts them and really does nothing to make me feel better. I know that if I keep this up ten years from now when they're teenagers they're just going to resent me as the crotchety old motherfucker that I really am. My kids already respect me without me yelling at them, I don't know why I do it. You know you've got a problem when your 3 year old little girl looks at you and says, "Daddy, settle down".
