I hate my upstairs neighbor because he's so loud late at night and I've asked him a million times nicely and not nicely to quiet down. The landlord won't do shit, either. Last night he had another party and I got so pissed off and fed up that I put two nails under the front wheel of his car and his friend's car for them to roll over the next time they drive away.
