My boss is a thorn in my side. She talks about herself like it makes my day or something. Management comes down on her about anything and then she looks for things to pick on the majority about. Nothing is her fault thusly should she have as much responsibility and authority as she does? NO. Her husband died a year ago and she lost weight, got new clothes, and is going back to school. If I hear one more story about her school I'm gonna poke out my eardrums.
