The sun will rise soon and a new day will begin but not for me. In my life the sun never rises, only darkness falls around me. Morning turns to night, hours drift by without any change, without any light, without any hope. Tears stream down my face and I'm left to wonder what will happen next to me, my uneasiness leads to fear. I'm apprehensive of my future, I'm not sure I have one. I envy all those who have the courage to leave an abusive relationship.
