One time I went to Mexico with some friends. We did some really cheap cocaine. It was my second time doing coke and my last. I got really sick to my stomach and puked. I also had chest pains and my arm went numb. I managed to keep it together without passing out and we stayed at the club for the rest of the night. I think that I may have had a heart attack and don't even know it. I've never told anyone this. Not even the person who is closest to me in life. Much less a doctor.
