We started as friends and became closer. As time went on, I couldn't help myself but to love you. You wear the engagement ring of another man who is so wrong for you that it hurts me to see you with him. I did the honest thing and told you how I felt. I miss our friendship dearly. I'm not in love with you anymore, but I want our friendship back. Being rejected by a love interest and losing a close friend at the same time is more difficult than I possibly imagined it could be.
