I seem to always go to extremes. Either I eat too much, or I totally go the other way... I'm in therapy at the moment for anorexia. But it's not just food, it's everything. I go to the gym twice a day, every day - without fail. I take far too many drugs, I just love being out of it - any stone is a good stone. I don't have control over things except in a total on/off kind of way. There are no half-measures for me. Either I am a total non-smoker or I light up 15 cones a day. Either I eat nothing at all or I eat everything in sight. The only constant in my life is my wonderful, wonderful boyfriend, who stands by me through thick and thin.
