Today's my 18th birthday. My friends have never thrown surprise parties for me or even parties in general. I just go out with one close friend, and dinner with my parents or something. The only birthday party I had, I had to be the one inviting friends over and getting the house all ready. Now I can't even do that because I'm in college. I envy those who have birthdays further in the semester so they've gotten to know more people until then.
